Presentation of Proceeds from 29th Leesburg Show

Once, again, the students and instructors at C.W. Monroe Tech out did themselves at the 29th Annual Leesburg Car Show.

Even though the total of cars present at the event was down slightly from the previous year ( weather was “iffy”), the students’ efforts paid off in their collection of voluntary donations to the event. The amount donated this year exceeded last years funding by one thousand dollars ($1,000) as a total of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) was presented to C.W. Monroe equally split between the graphics arts department and the automotive collision repair department.

Our thanks go to Pam Smith and David Williams and their creative students for another successful car show. GREAT WORK BY ALL INVOLVED.

We look forward to next years success !

David’s students  create the unique trophies that are presented during the car show. These are certainly one-of-a-kind trophies. Great job, as always, by the automotive students.

The membership of the Northern Virginia Rods and Classics car club cannot express enough our thanks to the C.W. Monroe students and instructors for their outstanding efforts in support of our car club.

Putting on a large car show takes hours and hours of efforts, and we know that the success or our annual car show would not be possible without the talents of the students at C.W. Monroe. Thank you for all that you do.
